Successful rescue operations rarely occur in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Our investigators identified four minors while monitoring an area in Ratlam. They brought the information to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, and he was eager to plan a rescue with Freedom Firm!
On February 24th, a team of police officers and Freedom Firm staff traveled together to rescue the four girls. They stopped at a nearby gas station and waited as an investigator entered the brothel. After he verified the girls' presence, our team entered the brothel. The police arrested the brothel keeper and 4 young girls were rescued – ages 11, 12, 13 and 16. The girls are now safe in a new government shelter home for children.
